Fun & Tears at Redang

My dear suggested a trip to Redang. I'm really glad that we can finally go for a TRIP together. We bought a 3 days 2 nights promotion package in Laguna from myeho. I forgot how much was it, but it was slightly more expensive than some other hotels that we had shortlisted. With additional a few RM10s, why not? After checking return air fare from Air Asia, we decided our trip to be on 11 to 13 September. We travelled from PWTC on a nice coach (operated by Adik-beradik) at 10.30pm, arrived at about 5am. Kuala Terengganu bus station was quite "busy" in the morning. We had light breakfast at the canteen and waited van to pick us up to jetty at 7am. Everything was well organized and we reached Laguna at about 11am (can't really remember the time). Finally I saw Momocha inn, the beach and white sand! The water was so clear, big waves, blue sea, the sun.... Just nice! ^^, Our room was not near by to any of the nice locations. It was near to Laguna jetty, far away from hotel lobby, swimming pool and beach. However, the room was better than Genting first world hotel. Spacious and clean ^^, We joined total 3 snorkeling trips in 2 days. Marine park was the best! First time swimming closely with fishes, that was scary. But, the coaches said: "No bread, no fish. ". So, just do it lo! What a waste if you don't? Snorkeling, snorkeling, snorkeling... I saw huge coral, really huge! Colorful and huge! Big sea cucumbers and shark. Ya, SHARK! i was alone swimming above a 1m long shark. Though it was harmless, I couldn't be in there alone! (Other people were snorkeling not far from me, but without buddies swimming close with me... Better don't swim alone!) Hence I swam back to the boat immediately... and meet my dear.... The trip was quite fun and relaxing, it could be perfect. Unfortunately I lost my digital camera on the beach... SAD =( Haih... Luckily I still have a few pictures taken with my toy cam can cellphone... At least have something.. It was great to go for a vocation with my dear. When's the next? As you can read from the articles and movies, Redang is a beautiful island. Rich of underwater living and corals, water is clear, sand is white... I miss the beach where both of us were sitting. Soothing wind and nice benches... Yea, I miss it! Hope to visit beautiful island like this again... ^^, Sent from Yahoo! Mail on Android
